This class is designed to help you increase your strength and flexibility while allowing your body to move without restrictions. We aim to work through any niggles to get you to reach your mind and bodies full potential. Our S&C program is done in-house in 4 week blocks and is partly inspired by using the strength through length philosophy powered by the Athletic Truth Group (ATG).

Boxercise

Capacity (16)

This class is designed to make you sweat. This class gets you fit using boxing as the main form of movement. You don't have to know how to box to enjoy this class but you can guarantee your coach will brush you up on technique for basic movements to better your workout. we cater to all abilities and fitness levels. You will be pushed to your limits and will work hard for the full 45mins.

Bootcamp

Capacity (16)

This is our intense cardio/weights and circuit styled class. A combination of everything basically with no 2 classes the same. your heart rate will be pumping the whole session. A lot of exercises involved will be pushing you both mentally and physically through barriers you didn't know existed. Always a great group of supportive people in these classes.

Personal Training

one to one personalised training

This is our one on one personal training sessions. These sessions are tailored to your personal fitness and/or boxing goals. You might have an injury you need to work through or want to build confidence in your fitness/technique before joining our classes.  we have 3 coaches holding their cert 4 ready to help you. Wanna train with a mate? you can also request a slot for two on one or three on one training sessions. contact us now...

BOXING SKILLS

FIGHT TEAM & COMPETITIVE boxing skills

open to those wanting to take their boxing skills to the next level and potentially wanting to jump in the ring for a fight. this class requires weekly commitment and discipline to push yourself to the next level. there is a heavy focus on working towards getting you ready for competitive boxing bouts and learning what's required to better your craft. you can expect to see sparring in these classes.

Owners - Jake, Davina, Ellayna & Kynan WHITNEY

We are a small, indigenous co- owned, family run, locally operated business. davina whitney (nee wear) is a traditional owner of the malgana (shark bay) area and has strong connection to her culture. Davina completed her high schooling here in Geraldton so has a better understanding for the greater Geraldton community. 

 

Our focus and passion is in the detail - The functional techniques that make the difference between fighting to get fit and fighting fit.  we give you the knowledge and tools to better understand THE difference between injury and burnout vs sustainable progress.

Jake (owner and head coach) has been coaching fitness and boxing for over 6 years and has grown to appreciate the importance of explaining the WHY behind techniques and exercises. Understanding WHY and the mechanics behind what we do is foundational to good form, optimum physical and mental development. 

​

If you're into smaller sessions with much more attention from the trainer and enjoy learning whilst you get fitter, these classes are for you.
